About Nutralyze

Why We Built This

Most people know they should be paying more attention to their nutrition — but turning “I should probably take vitamin D” into an actual, personalised plan usually means hours of scattered research across supplement sites, forums, and conflicting articles.

Nutralyze exists to close that gap. We built an AI-powered quiz that takes your actual lifestyle, diet, and goals, and turns them into a specific, actionable 30-day wellness plan — instead of generic advice that applies to everyone and no one.

Who’s Behind Nutralyze

Nutralyze was founded by a team with a background in e-commerce and technical operations within the healthcare sector, including experience supporting a licensed medical clinic in Cyprus. That background shaped how we think about this project: we know how nutrition guidance gets used in real clinical contexts, and we know how rarely people outside those contexts get access to anything that specific.

We are not doctors or registered dietitians, and we do not claim to be. Nutralyze is a wellness information platform, not a medical service. See below for exactly what that means in practice.

Our Methodology

Every recommendation on Nutralyze is built on published research and guidance from recognised health authorities — not marketing claims from supplement brands. We draw on:

  • NHS (UK National Health Service) — consumer-facing guidance on nutrient intake and deficiency
  • NIH Office of Dietary Supplements — detailed, government-reviewed fact sheets on individual nutrients
  • EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) — scientifically authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) 1924/2006
  • Linus Pauling Institute (Oregon State University) — academic-level micronutrient research summaries
  • Examine.com — independent, evidence-graded analysis of supplement research

Our AI quiz cross-references your answers against this body of guidance to suggest which nutrients are most likely relevant to your profile. It does not diagnose, and it does not replace individual medical assessment.

Editorial process: We review and update all nutrient content every 6 months based on updates from EFSA, NHS, and NIH. Each nutrient page carries a “Last reviewed” date so you can see exactly how current the information is.

What Nutralyze Is — and Isn’t

It is: a starting point. A way to turn general nutrition science into something specific to your lifestyle, so you know what to look into and discuss with a healthcare professional if needed.

It isn’t: a diagnostic tool, a substitute for a blood test, or medical advice. If you have symptoms that concern you, or a diagnosed health condition, please speak to your GP. Some of the signs we describe on this site — fatigue, brain fog, low immunity — overlap across many different causes, and a supplement is never the right first response to a symptom that hasn’t been properly investigated.
